I have one winning eleven 10 orginal version(japanese)
I wanna setup one patch.Which is most good?fernando or which one?(player names, team names etc..) Pls help and tell..

There is no "most good" or "best".
Different people like to see different things in their game and will not like some patches. Read the first post of the patch thread and you will see what is in the patch. Compare the patches and see which one you like the most.
