PES3 is so much better than PES1 & PES2. At the time we could have said that about the PES2 last year. I wasnt bored with PES1 until PES2 was given to me for chrimbo! But that only lasted 6 months because of WE6FE! Your brother must be insane to be bored with PES3! If he really is bored, he has to wait a hell of a time till PES4!

its a lot more different than fifa is every year, and has a much longer life span.

once you've seen all the pretty kits and mastered the five different ways of scoring, fifa is boring

probably true giggsy, but you cant deny you'll be playing Pro Evo 3 til 3 minutes before Pro Evo 4 comes out,

Fifa 2004 probably wont last much past April/May (i'm being generous) thats why i'm still unsure about buying it

Every time I hear about the "off-the-ball-control" in the adverts, it makes me laugh for some reason

fifa improves more than PES since it is so behind in terms of gameplay and physics.

stoneman, tell him to go to League Mode and then he can choose to play a full league as a proper club team if he wants to.

If he only plays the ML mode with one team then he is missing out as he probably goes for the best players and then wins everything in sight. Setting imaginative limits to who you can buy would make it more interesting for him. Tell him to start ML mode again and not buy the best players in the world. Shock! It might get more interesting for him

1.) Does FIFA 2004 include instant transfer option,or any transfer management.
2.) Are club team rosters updated with recent transfers, Beckham at Real, Veron at Chelsea, Ronaldinho at Barca etc..

how's the gameplay, and ball phisique...

I think that FIFA improves more because they need to improve to reach the quality of PES. Anyway I've been playing PES2 for the whole year enjoying every match and surely will pass the same with PES3, that for me it's the best football game i've ever played, and that's for sure.

no problem.

1.Yes fifa includes the option to do player swaps and team managment but u can only SWAP players u can't just put a player on a club.

2.all transfers updated,kleberson-man utd,beckham at madrid.
everything.

gameplay is much improved,when u shoot they actually go were you want them to go.and you can now score from headers and when taking free-kicks the keepers actually dive for them when their going towards the top corner which they didn't do in 2003.

yeah c.ronaldo is at man u.

quite a good likeness as well especially from a far cos he wears totaly white boots and tape round his ankels.
