Nationwide Conference Option File?

Sorry if we're not allowed to ask about Option Files here, I'm new. But here goes.

I was just wondering there is anybody out there who could make a Nationwide Conference Option File with all of the Conference National Teams on it? If so, thanks, and its much appreciated!
