need help beating players (pes 2009 ps3)

i have this game on ps3, its awesome i love it, im addicted
however i need some tips on how to beat players 1 on 1 cause thats what im missing to better my game
like when i play on amateur mode, its easy cause you can just run by players down the sides and then cross but on regular that doesnt owrk
what are some of the moves you use to beat players when running up with the ball?

When running at a player try reducing your speed then applying it again to surprize the defender, also at speed you can use the R1 then move your player at an angle and press R2 this increases the distance your player pushes the ball forward, timing is the key, also L2 is your slow dribble, stay calm and try it in training mode for accurate passing of the opposition. double tapping L1 for step overs then apply the sprint and R2 to skin the defender, give these few a try, with practise they all work well, good luck.

there are many points
1-2 pass
press L1/LB then x/A then to return the ball to the first player press x/A again

slow your run when you close to opponent player
press R2 /RT to do skills or hold plus diffrent direction to move your player
sprint+squre + X + 45 degree of your facing side
use D-pad ..it includes many skills in pes2009
dont use the sprint too much (R1/RB)
L2/LT make your move smother when you aginst player

i know what i wrote is not helping enough so check the command list in the menu when you playing match

start>command list ...all the trikes and moves are there
or on youtube there are many helpful videos
