need help with ISO image file

hi, i downloaded a PES2003ITA.iso file. I used Nero to 'burn image' and what i got was a CD named 'disk 1'. When i put it into my cd drive the autorun fails to run, saying "autorun cannot be started. error:autrun.xml load".

When i tried clicking on setup.exe in the disc manually nothing happens. Can anyone help me? Does the name of the CD matter?

I know but i can't get it in shops here. I'll try this first and maybe get one from amazon or ebay soon.
