Appologies for this thread being pretty much the same as my other but it's starting to piss me off now.
I can't seem to find the negotiation period for obtaining players on free transfers. On Pro Evo 3 it was week 9 and doing a search on players with 0 yrs contract remaining showed all available players that were available without having to pay a large transfer fee only salary costs.
Does anyone know what it is on Pro Evo 4?????????
