Every time I try to connect to the network I recieve a message saying "unable to connect to server for network connection test. The server may be too busy, down for maintenance or a firewall or router may be restricting access."

My firewall has an exception for pes5.exe and I have been trying now for three days. Is it possible that it is one of the above or do I need to be doing something else?
