New dlc roster question, master league

Ok, I'm really confused here. I updated my game with the latest dlc, but I didn't apply the roster update because I didn't want to mess up my master league. If I do apply it will my master league be messed? All the German and npower league teams gone?



If I decide to apply the dlc roster part update, how would I go about doing that since I already said no? I can't find the option anywhere.
