New Italian Badge

I've just bought the new Italian kit for the WC, and I saw that the kit has a new badge, but I couldn't find it anywhere. Anyone?

Edit; I'm a bit of a noob at this area, can you make something like this underneath for me, with all the numbers on the top and the side? Would make it a lot easier for me, thanks mate..
