I have just started up a website for pro evo on ps3 which will have leagues and other competitions.
Its all about fair play and fun but still keeping the competetiveness of the game.
The competitions will be restricted so that non-premium teams are to be used in the leagues and some cups i.e no ac milan, barca, inter etc.
However some tournaments will include these teams
