New team, but no PES or WE Utd to overwrite

I read somewhere here that to add your own team i.e your mates or what not, you can overwrite teams like PES or WE United. Well I'm using WEFANTASY's X Patch and I don't see these teams listed. Do I need to complete certain competitions to see these teams or have they already overwrittin in this patch?
I'm using WE7 Int.
Also, I have created a few players who now reside in the "Free" section is there a way to import these players into my new edited team without going into a competition?

The PES and WE teams are the last 2 in the clubs list. Most likely they have been overwritten already.

You can register created players for national teams but not to club teams. Unless you use an option file editing program on your PC.
