i added the kit update option file (xbox360) but when i do the new dlc update will i have to appy the option file again ?

I would like to know too, please help !!
Will it overwrite all of your edited data ? I haven't applied mine as I don't want to lose my option file and edits
Ive spent 3 hours creating my local team for MLO and it won't let me join due to data update message.
Don't have a spare 3 hours to re-do it :no:
