hello people my 1st reply on PESinsight .
Brewer you can use PESOFEditor: http://perso.numericable.fr/~ryannick/Download.html you will need mfc71u.dll file for this to work. here's a link to download: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?mfc71u. and when you download mfc71u.dll file, put it in to c:\windows\system or c:\windows\system32 folder, i'm not sure which one, so copy and paste it into both.

or PesFan PES5 optonfile editor editor: http://www.purplehaze.eclipse.co.uk/. you will need to download java for this to work: http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp download the Windows (Offline Installation) file!
