How and where can I download an option file and how do I install it in my pes 4 on ps2??????????????

All option files are posted in the File Downloads section.

To transfer the files to your memory card, you need to use devices called an X-Port or a Max Drive. Or burn the bin/cue version onto CDR and load it that way. There is a thread with a guide to show how to transfer X-Port files. Both devices come with manuals.

and how does it work with cdr? or just insert the cd?
