I have downloaded a Pes3 optionfile to my pc. And now i want to open it on my pc. where can i find a program that reads the optionfile i downloaded? Its much easier to change the optionfile on your pc than on your ps2.

I haven't bought a x-port yet but intend to.

Is it possible to edit the pes3 optionfile on your pc with a program? My intentions are to play it on my playstation after im done with the reediting of the optionfil on my pc.

X-Port is only for transferring PS2 memory card files between your PS2 memory card and your PC hard disk.

Not sure about PC version option files, sorry.
