hi, im already using WOLFS option file but are there any patches out there that will give me teams from the championship too? Im tlking about the xbox version by the way.

I wanted that as well. I have the patched version of PES4 for the Xbox, but I also wanted an Option File that gave me the Championship teams. What's your email, Ill send it to you.
