Patching Faces??

I'm quite new to this patching bizniz, and have just sucessfully patched my PES4 with jonboyos latest offering (which I might add is Outstanding!!).
I have a few questions though.
1. I was wondering if its possible to patch faces in the game? and If so, are there currently any face patches available anywhere?
2. ...and if there are, could I then patch over my jonboyo patched dvd Image with another patch, using ppf- o-matic?
3. and just a side thouight,.....whats the deal with the new grounds on jonboyos patch? Is it Goodison Park or White Hart Lane? and the same with the Valencia/Dep La Coruna Stadium?

About faces.. you can import faces.. There are some french people who make pro day for example 5 faces.. But noone really knows how to import them except they/him and they are french and hardly can speak english.. So its all a bit a puzzle..

About grounds, its possible that Jonboyo changed that indeed..
