PC and Xbox360 option file compatibility

i've just try to put PC option file into xbox, but resulted in a failure.
however, the file structure of PC's is similar to that in xbox, except the file size.

after i inject the OF into xbox, there are 3 findings:
1. the console recognises the PC files as PES saved game data, but labels them as corrupted
2. in edit mode, league emblems and kit files are detected, but shown as a cross
3. EDIT.bin are totally not functioning

any expert dealing with PC option file? please share your experience :)
