PC PES 2008 Updated Premiership

Has anyone released or know of a release which has Stoke City, WBA and Hull City replacing Derby County, Reading and Birmingham City. I notice XBOX and PS£ option files are available.

If not can they show me or explain how I can change these teams, I have used the Championship Patch but prefer having the Bundesliga and the other European teams patch.

Is there anyway I can transfer the teams from the Championship patch into the Bundesliga Patch using a software.

I'm hoping to do this so the game will get rid of the random teams that nobody uses, i.e. Rosenborg etc, and it will have:

* English Prem League
* English Championship
* Serie A
* Eredivisie
* La Liga
* Bundesliga
* Scottish Prem League
* Ligue 1 Orange

Meaning you can still have a 'true' European tournament with teams from each top league etc but you have 8 fully playable leagues too. I'm thinking of creating this purely because I've found I never really use the teams in Other Teams A, B or C, though in the patch i'm using, Other Teams C is already replaced by Ligue 1 Orange to make room for the Championship.

Also, as the SPL is such a small league, I'm hoping there will still be room to include a couple of random teams like Galatasaray, Porto etc. I am, however, considering replacing the Eredivisie too with something like the Portuguese or Russian league.

All ideas at the moment......
