You may have noticed lately people playing with updated transfers. This is done by editing the 0_text of the game. I am not going to explain how it is done, especially for PS2 players, as it is unfair on people who don't have modded PS2's and therefore won't be able to update transfers themselves.

But I'm sure if you are that keen, you will be able to hunt down an tutorial somewhere on this forum.
