Is it or is it not possible to get a patched option file from the forum on here that already has the patched boots/kits,stadiums etc because NOOBS like me do not understand how to patch using the tools.?
This would allow us NOOBS to enjoy the game without having to strain the brain trying to figure it out!
I sure hope that pro evo is more paych and mod friendly like other games out there. This is where gaming needs to go forward as not everyone likes the same things such as balls kits and stadiums etc so if u cud install em easy like it is to install css skins it wud be amazing.
