Hi, how do you unlock all the day one contents that come with that edition? I can't see an option anywhere about downloading/unlocking all this extra content i'm meant to have??

If I recall correctly you have to download the DLC from the PSN. When you launch the game after the download has completed you get the content in your myClub inbox.
