Before PES2 came out i was really excited about the transfer system that it was going to have, with all the negotiations and stuff. But having played the ML for a long time now i find the transfer system a bit lame.
It is far to easy to buy the best players in the game as clubs don't put up much of a fight to keep hold of them, i think the negotiations of a player should last longer and you should be able to give the player proper contracts with goal scoring bonuses or man of the match bonuses stuff like that. I know this could start sounding like a premier manager game or something but i think a better transfer system could improve the games realism.
Another thing is that the CPU teams never try and buy another CPU teams best player/s. Like Beckham going to Real Madrid, that should happen within the ML season aswell, not just you buying all the best players from the CPU teams. But the thing is when you have bought the likes of Ronaldo, Shevchenko, Zidane etc the CPU teams will try and buy them off you, i think its a bit silly to be honest.
Another thing which could be quite interesting and funny aswell, is that if say you play as Everton and you buy Owen off Liverpool, every time Owen touches the ball when you play Liverpool he gets booed by the all the Kopites. And after a season or a few seasons it starts to wear off. Dunno just a little idea.
But my main concern is with the transfer system.....its too easy to buy the best players on the game, i mean Real could be winning the league and you'd be mid table with Arsenal but you'd have enough money to buy Raul or Zidane and he'd come to you??!?!?
