Had a play with the demo on the PC tonight.
Exactly a mirror image of the PS2 version including the slight stutter when crowd noises change on higher resolutions. You can dramatically reduce this effect tho by reducing resolution tho, something you can't do on the PS2 version.
I played using a PS2 to PC dual shock 2 controller by Jo-Juya. I would highly recommend this product or one like it otherwise you will not enjoy playing PES3 on PC at all. Its just not the same without a Dual shock in your hands. I tried a Logitech game pad which is set up exactly like a dual shock and really there was no comparison. The Dual shock setup kicked butt.
Graphics are also naturally much better, whilst sound also seems to have been improved.
I compared with the PC demo of FIFA 2004, and let me tell you, PES3 wins hands down.
If you have a decent PC and access to a dual shock, I would heartily recommend buying PES3 for PC and a Jo-Juya PS2/PSone to PC-USB converter in lieu of getting the PS2 version.
If you already have the PS2 version, you should stand warned the game and all its little problems are still present on the PC edition, including slight frame rate stutters at times.
