PES5 - Official England Kits present in 0_text.afs - how to unlock?

When I was recently nosing through the 0_text.afs file in my PC copy of PES5, I discovered that there are official kits for England present in the file - can anyone advise me as to how I can make these available in the game? I've tried using kitserver in the past, but it makes the game unstable. Thanks very much to anyone who can help me with this!
