Don't think there is one.
If you do make one, I think it would be a good idea to start on a file like PaulB's Championship file to get loads of English clubs on the same file. And others will probably be willing to help out too. Good luck with it.

I doubt that anyone is going to make one so late on in this years season, sooner or later the new pro evo will be here. Plus I did have Paul B's Championship o/f and it was good, must have took him a while but the players werent that good (ability wise) because they are lower leagues so a league 1 o/f = ?

Thankyou, if anyone's willing to have a go at the kits, I'm building it on an option file which I have edited myself anyway.

Had trouble importing images into the editor as there are too many colours in the GIF image. Anyone know how to change that?
