How about it?

We could include stuff like:

-Best album of the year
-Sexiest woman on the planet
-Best film of the year
-Best footballer
...etc...

Then the winner would get emailed a photo shop award (maybe designed by Poffeman). For example, if Kristin Kreuk wins the award, we send the award to her official webpage; or if Oasis win best album, we do the same thing.

Then, hopefully, eventually, it will become the #1 coveted online awards ceremony. It will be up there with The Brits and the Oscars.

Sounds great. It'd take some dedication for someone to add up all the votes, and compile a final list though. But I'm sure it can be done.

I was actually thiking of opening seperate threads/polls for each award. Maybe even an individual Awards forum.

Just do them in off-topic if you are wanting to do it. If it's popular enough it can have it's own area. Make sure you tag each thread with something like [Annual Award] so I'd know which to move should the new area be created.

Maybe I'll start off with a trial award.

Maybe "Sexiest Woman Of 2006" (so far), just to see how people feel about it.

How do you guys feel about that?

I would first open a thread where people post their favourite women (a 1 week period), then I'll sort the top 5 or so, then open a poll.

Just make sure you state that it should be taken seriously, as if people start voting for rediculous options, then it'd probably end up ruining the whole thing,
