i would like to know if u all can explain to me what actually player's bar below the screen is all about. until today, i'm not really understand what the important of that.Thanks.

If I am getting you right, you are asking about the bar the shows under players name in the game. This is the offensive and the defensive level of theyour players. it it is pushed to the extreme left or right and it is colored Red, you team will be all offensive meaning most players attck and run forward leaving empty space at your defense. If it is pushed to the other end, your players will focus of defense and your players will be concentrated backward at your half. According to the setting, You can control this manually or it changes automatically with the game.
I always have this manual, and it is effective especially when I am down with 1 goal and need to score so I make my players more offensive.
