Problem After install the patch

After installing the patch for PES 3 PC, i am having less smooth transition when playing. It is particularly clear when i pass across the screen. It looks like the framerate is low and player movement appear slightly jerking (not that serious though).

Before the patch, i am able to play at 1024*768 at medium detail smoothly. When passing across the screen, the framerate is good unlike after the patch. Anyone having the same problem??

My specs is as follow
AMD 2500+
512RAM
GeForce Ti200 (with updated drivers)
DirectX 9.0b

I have experienced exactly the same - the scrolling across screens is nowhere near as smooth post patch.

My specs are :
Sony GRV616 laptop
ATI Mobile Radeon 9000 64mb Graphics card
512mb RAM
Direct X v9

Any advice on getting the game running smoothly on this platform would be appreciated.
