Problem inserting kits

i insert a kit into the game eg:- (real madrid blue)...when i goto the match it is fine the kit is blue...but then i goto kit select and the picture is a black kit why is this.....thanx

What version of PES4 are you playing? PS2? X-Box, PC? Use WEPES Graphic Studio and do the following:

1. Open your O_TEXT.AFS in the GS and then the relevant kit bmp in the window to the right.

2. Find the kit you want to replace in the O_TEXT.AFS and then left-click and drag the kit into the first (as far left as possible) kit slot. This should change all three kit slots into the same, newly inserted kit.

3. Then you need to RIGHT-CLICK and drag the new kit into the middle slot and finaly the far right slot. Now everything should be fine!

If you mean the tiny kits that appear when you select 'Play again with different teams' then I don't know. You'll have to just try and find them in the O_TEXT.AFS and replace them with new ones.
