Problem with DarioX patch

Downloaded the above and FTPd it to the XBOX, all works ok.

However the player names are majorly messed up. All of them are (deliberately?) mis-spelled.

Also, the stadium names are still wrong. They are as per the default, as are the team names (North London etc)

Is there an easy way to sort this out, as the patch is perfect apart from this annoying problem :(

BTW, I have deleted my option file, so it aint causing the problem.
