problems with option file (WE9)

Hi! I've recently downloaded some option files for WE9 (the Watson v3.0 & the WSAG Evolution V2) and copied it to the directory replacing the old one. I've noticed some changes, however some are missing, for instance, the old teams China, Morocco, South Africa & Venezuela are still there! Do I need to install another patch? Does somebody knows how to resolve this problem?

Trapped In Cabinets
The WSAG one, does not have the updated teams at all, watsons they are there but the team names and flags cannot be changed, however all the players are correct.
