I want to install the latest update to my PS3 , I have the PES2009Patch130.exe file on memor stick , but i'm unable to install it. the system cannot read it looks like. My PS does not have internet connection so i cannot do the update online , can anybody help please ?

I'm not aware that you can get the PS3 update any other way than online.

With an .exe extension it sounds more like a PC file than PS anyhoo...

you got the PC version mate, as far as i know the PS3 can only be updated thru the internet

.exe are DOS/Windows/OS2 executable files, ps3 uses its own operative system (thanks god)
