How can I put puma shoes on PES3?
Ofcourse i must patch the game but were can i found the puma shoes?

In the most patches are already puma shoes.

I have download the "new_shoes_ee_tex.bin_1.bmp" file wich have adidas diadora and umbro and it's very cool! Is it for PES3? Can I found Puma shoes with so high detail?

yes it is
yes you can, do a search for boots, maybe at longtungums (spelling?)
but the high detail are not colour editable
