do you get something by winning all the cups or something?

I don't think there is anything else.
In ML mode, you can get stars on your shirts.

In future please write a thread title to show what the thread is about as almost all these threads contain a question. Thanks

Stars are displayed on your kit just above your badge to show the number of times you win the ML Div 1.

I've won the ML div1 5/6 times but i only appear to have 2stars. Is there a maximum or something?

this has been done before

when you get 5 small *s theyre replaced by one medium sized star.

so 6 ML div 1 wins means you'll have one medium sized star and one small one, take another look
