No, it's the one where the player puts one foot forward and kicks with the back foot. Do a search and you'll find videos showing it.

Maradona does it occasionaly in the game, I've noticed that.

I'm not sure how to do one, he just does it automatically in certain positions.

A player with very low weak foot stats will perfom the rabona. It is done rarely and usually in positions where it is easier to shoot with their weak foot. Recoba is one of the most famous players for doing this in the game.
