I've heard that using the right analog stick, you can push your opponents and try to win the header. But every time I use it, it doesnt work (i have the ps3 version btw). What do you have to do? Press R3, tap it to left/right depending where he is, hold left/right depending where he is, while do the right analog stick action, do you also have to click X for header? Can someone answer my question please :)

Windowlicker - what you've heard about the R3 is for Fifa games (i think). never heard about that in PES. use R2 in PES for ultimate control.
