Running PC PES3 on linux using Wine/WineX ?

Hello all,

Running PC PES3 on linux using Wine/WineX - has anyone had any success?

I prefer running linux instead of microsoft windows, but nowadays PES 3 is constantly coaxing me to boot into windows

I've managed to install pes 3 using WineX, but have had no success in running it.

I know it's a long shot, since its been a lot of tweaking to get decent gameplay on regular Windows! (PES runs too fast/too slow/gamepad wont work, etc.)

Specs for PES 3 include DirectX8.1, which should be working within WineX.3.2

any tips/success stories?

i have yet to try this game in wine, but i'd recommend jumping over to the wine site and checking this out.

Arent There Any Sort Of Winex Updates For The Windows Emulator In Linux? I Know There Are Issues Running Games Due To Direct X Emulation....
