hey there just downloaded the optionfile for the ps2 version on the ps3 (.psv format) and was wondering is there any other updates i can install on it such as new balls, score boards?

You can only get them sort of stuff on a patched version of the game and as far as I'm aware no has figured out how to mod a ps3 to play backup games yet.
