Selling out Old Trafford ?

Hunter

BELIEVE
As all these threads start:

I'm into my second season on the WE10 Master League. I'm currently 3rd but the top few places are tight so it keeps switching, I've been 1st on many occasions this season. I won my first season in Division 2 in case your wondering.

But the main problem is indeed selling out The Theatre of Dreams. I certainly play good football without wanting to sound rather big-headed. Win the majority of matches hence my league position. But what I want to know is how on earth can I sell out my home, Old Trafford. Often drawing a crowd of around 15,000 I'm guessing, I simply don't know how to sell the place out. I've only ever sold it out once, this match being a Pre-Season friendly against the All Stars. It just doesn't feel right playing successfully without having a large crowd drawn.

Anyone else struggling to pull in big numbers or is there something I need to do in order to make the gateway ?

I blue myself
I've been having the same problems and it's annoying the hell out of me. I'm in my fourth or fifth season and I've just secured my third or fourth straight D1 title. I'm ranked 8th in the world - which is balls seeings as I keep doing the treble - and yet I rarely get anywhere near full attendance at De Kuip. Only on big Champions League nights and D1 Cup games do I really get close.

I think attendance, as well as being linked to how good you are, is also linked to the quality of your opponents and strength of your league. I play in a cobbled together league made up largely of German, French and Dutch clubs so my league isn't quite as strong as the other English, Italian and Spanish leagues I'm up against.

I'm buying a load of players to give to my closest rivals in the hope that my League will greatly increase in quality and therefore ranking. Aside from that, all I can do is get to number 1 in the world club rankings.

I'm similar, I chose the best club teams to play in Division 1 at the start of the ML before the seasons actually got underway. I'm playing the likes of Inter Milan, Manchester United, Arsenal, Barcelona and Real Madrid, yet still no sell out. Konami can hopefully get this sorted for the PES6 edition.

I doubt it. Im not too bothered about it in Pes5, but I havnt played WE10 so I wouldnt know if its got worse, I say, get the crowd sfx sorted out before anything.

Welcome back...
I havent played WE10 but at a guess does it have anything to do with your overall ranking not just your league ranking ?

I'd imagine so but Martin pointed out earlier hes in the Top 10 of the overall club rankings so something just doesn't seem right. It wasn't much of a problem on PES5 as you couldn't see thr crowd anyway but now it really does feel empty.

that's the problem with pes5.. just can't seem to fill the stadium no matter the club ranking..

Konami have fucked up big time with the crowds in PES5 and i hope it doesn't catty over to PES6. I hate it in the ML when the 2 top team play each other and half the ground is empty...wheres the logic in that!
