Hello PES people

I have I big problem about PES 3 on my PC
when I'm playing the game it runs very slow (I mean the Match between ME and the PC)
just like slow motion

But wen I'm playing FIFA 2004 the game Runs normally (fast)
the both team are playing fast

Please can someone help me
