Anyone use this program to change stadiums in PES2009 (for PC)?

I got it to work, that's not the problem. But how do I change back to the original stadium? I tried temporarily deleting the stadium files as well as all files in the cv09 folder but that didn't work.

Anyone kno how to do this? Thanks
