I need to update all the teams with their real names and with their current roster.

Is there any file that I can download directly from my ps3 than can do this?


I don't want the skills to be edited yet or the real uniform , I just want the real names of the teams and with their actual players.

There are one or two in the completed files section of this fine forum, however i don't know what they contain exactly. Having the EU version i have never bothered to look!
