transparent parts on the kits

Hi there,

I'm using Graphic Studio to insert kits into WE8, which i have done succesfully, and everything looks great except for those transparent parts on the kits (Illumines green parts) How do you actually make it so it is transparent in the game? What tools do you use etc.

thanks for any help, would be much appreicted.
