i only just discovered the scout list option upon starting a proper season in ML now the new OF's were out.

i have been playing with my own created team and signed lee bowyer and darren bent from the off. doing ok in a tight league was hanging around the top 4 area and come january window managed to sign adriano and ronaldinho on loan as i was informed they were unhappy at their clubs...and tbf i payed a fare price for the loan deals aswell couldnt believed they come to a div 2 club that wasnt even top of the league...

i never use loans but ive heard that there is some kind of bug in the loan system, that enables you pay evan 1P and get the player. as far as i know its realy fucked up so very crazy stuff can happen...

You can be bottom of D2, offer 1P and get Messi on loan. As alon says, it's a bug.

The loan system is buggy. I don't use it as I feel I'm cheating... not only will ANY player that is available for loan come over to your team for as little as 1 point (they NEVER say "NO"), but even if I try to be honest and pay a somewhat normal amount, it still ruins my immersion in the game where a team like AC Milan would be ok with loaning out Kaka to my sh1tty D2 squad.

I mean not only taht but AC Milan would never loan out Kaka... teams usually loan out players they don't play often...

So .. my recomendation for a better ML experience, and a more challenging one is to not use the loan system.

Shop in the nwe commers and players without a team group.

Every transfer window the first thing I do is go to Newcommers and Players without a team (Negotiations>Search>Search by Group)

Then I add the players I like form there to my scout list.. then I start bidding. NOrmaly I look at the players that other teams are bidding on first and try to get those guys if there's someone I really like there.. the ones that are not being bid on are going to be there the following week, so no rush.

yeh compelely fucked the loans cause i did loan a player for a lot of money then once capnkill pointed out that u could loan anyone for 1p is just stupid and never in any pes game apart form this one have i ever been able to loan players before

Its true! in my first season during the window i loaned in a few realistic targets like youngsters and in my second season during the winter window for a laugh a bidded 4,00 points for henry on loan and got him. Then i bidded 1p for ronaldo, eto, d alves and got them all. makes it less fun when you can do that! although y team is doing alot better!
