i was tryin to find a young DMF and i came across about 20 players without clubs who had rating in some ares eg. 95 balance 95 Speed 95 Shot Power i looked at the rest of his ratings he had things like Shot Accuracy 30 and Technique and Passing 40!

Why is this and who are these people?

Why is this and who are these people?

These players are often regenerated players - e.g. they have retired and come back as 17/18 year olds, its the games way of making sure it doesnt run out of players. It isnt always worth buying them because they really lack skills in desperate areas.
