Unlocking hairstyles?

Wondering if I'm missing something. I've been away from PES for a few years but am back with 2017. I am loving it so far. I do have a question about Create/Edit a Player. I remember in years past, you had to "Unlock" additional Special Hairstyles. These were basically all of the custom-created hairstyles made for the real players (Gareth Bale's man-bun, Brazilian Ronaldo's hair-triangle) that you could then use in Create/Edit mode. I've been hoping that there's a similar "unlock" in PES 2017, but haven't been able to find anything like that yet. I haven't explored every game mode yet, so I apologize if the answer is obvious.
