Using Action Replay...

have an action replay and have tried using the codes (from codejunkies.com) to unlock the shop in PES3 but its not working.
Has anyone else had this problem?
(Oh and just for the record i'm not cheating, i unlocked the free transfer mode etc on the beta version but the retail version will not load my bloody options file and i cant be arsed to do it all again)
Any help would be appreciated

The retail and beta option files are not compatible as you've found out.
Since you've earned the points properly in the beta, you could just win some cups in the retail version on 1* on 5 min matches to save time to earn the points.

I don't have an action replay so can't help there, sorry.
If you don't want to do the work yourself, you could buy an X-Port and download free option files where others have done it all. Or you could buy the update disk. Out of the two, I'd recommend the X-Port.

I've load cheat codes from AR successfully on top of my option file. I found the cheat code can only be loaded from slot 1, so put the dongle in slot 1, memory card in slot 2, copy your option file to the dongle card, load ur AR2 disc with PES3 cheat code, save the option file in the dongle again, move this option file back to ur normal memory card -- done!

either get an x-port which will help in updating all sorts of stuff or maybe the update disk.

btw, whats a 'dongle'?

A dongle is the memory card thingy that comes with the action replay and contains all the codes

i tried wot u said and its not possible to transfer anything onto the dongle as the ps2 does not recognise it as a mem card. How did u manage it?

Look at the label at the back of dongle: You must unlock the dongle card by booting or re-booting through Action Replay 2 EVERY TIME you want use it

load Action Replay 2 cd first, using its memory manager to copy ur option file on memory card to the dongle, and then start game with codes,
got it?
