i got this problen,when i run the game it always shows a blurry line in my screen,does anybody else have/had this problem,how do i have dte my settings with these specs:

ATI Radeon 9800 se gp(catalyst 4.11)
Asus a7n8x 2.0 deluxe
AMD Athlon

i can't seem to find a solution in other forum threads

Turn VSYNC on -

Have a look at your video settings - and make sure vsync is on. I had exactly the same problem.
