Already Evo-Web are looking to edit the Japanese Winning Eleven 9 PS2 version, which is great! Already they've discovered that WE9 and more than likely PES5 will not use the same kit templates as the previous versions, due to the fact you can have a choice between which shirt, shorts, and socks your team plays in.
This thread is here to start off with your PS2 WE9, and within the next upcoming months, it will progress even more into something a lot bigger.

When you open the WE9 0_text.afs in AFS Explorer, instead of having all the rumble jumble characters, it renames the .bins 'unknown****'. Here are what the codes are inside the 0_text.afs.
